Great little bag with fantastic safety
I travelled to Europe with this bag and it was great. I usually use a backpack so it couldn't hold as much stuff as I normally carry, but it held everything I needed so it's fine. On the plus side, a smaller pack with less stuff made for a lighter pack, so it was more comfortable to carry all day. And the safety features proved themselves right away. I was on the subway and someone tried to break into my bag, without success. After leaving the station I noticed that the outside zipper was open halfway (which I didn't do) so I know someone tried to get into my bag. I kept the outside zipper unlocked for convenience/easy access and just put non-valuable stuff like hand sanitizer and sunscreen in that pocket. The locked zipper (not locked with a lock but just the sliding thingy) where my valuable stuff was (e.g. wallet, phone, passport) was untouched. I'm sure if I had a regular sling/backpack I'd be victimized. Very happy with this pack and I feel even more safe now that it's been tested in the real world with real thieves!
