United States and Canada

  • Returns window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate your return.
  • Eligible items: Non-sale items purchased directly from Pacsafe.com, unused and undamaged.
  • Bundle purchases: All items in a bundle must be returned together.
  • Condition: Original packaging with hang tags attached.
  • Restrictions: No returns on discounted items. Use warranty claim for defects.
  • Shipping: Customer pays return shipping. Use trackable service.
  • Refunds: Processed within 8 business days after inspection. Refunds may take 5–7 more days depending on provider.
